How to Add or Change Billing Details
Did you know that you can modify or add your billing details directly within your Tutero platform in just a few clicks?
Here are the steps:
On the dashboard, click on the arrows next to your name.
Click on "My Settings."
On the next page, click "Billing."
Click "Add Payment Method."
Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC.
Hit "Confirm Details."
How To Resolve Failed Payments
Have any pending payments that you need to settle? Watch below to learn how to process these automatically.
Here are the steps:
On the dashboard, click on "Invoices."
Here, you can view invoices and any outstanding balances.
To settle any outstanding payment, click on the "Pay Outstanding Invoices" button.
Click "Yes," and the pending payments will automatically be processed.

Your payment method will be charged once your tutor marks your lesson as complete. This means we will only charge you once the lesson has been confirmed done by the tutor.

Billing occurs when tutors mark sessions as complete. For instance, if you had a session on Monday but it was marked as complete on Wednesday, your payment method will be charged on Wednesday.

You can access your invoices in two ways:
1. Sent via email
2. On the Tutero App. Just head to your dashboard and through “Invoices”.
