Simply contact your tutors to talk about breaks (up to three weeks, if possible) and they'll guide you through the process.

Remember to mention when your child will start lessons again when pausing. This ensures a smooth return and keeps their education on track.

You can find your tutor's contact details on the home page of your portal. Click on the three dots next to the tutor's name, on the right side. Then, click 'Contact Details'.
