To cancel or reschedule, please contact your tutor. They will be able to arrange an alternative time for the lesson.
Note: If less than 12 hours of notice is provided to the tutor while cancelling of rescheduling a lesson, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Maintaining a consistent lesson schedule will ensure your child makes steady progress.
You can find your tutor's contact details on the home page of your portal. Click on the three dots next to the tutor's name, on the right side. Then, click 'Contact Details'.
