If you want to stop your Tutero sessions, watch below to know how.👇
Here are the steps:
On the app, click on the arrows next to your name.
Select "Adjust Tutoring Plan."
On the next page, click on "Request to Stop Tutoring."
You will be led to our "Request to Stop Tutoring" form.
Fill out the form, which contains a few questions to confirm your request.
Once done, our team will be in touch to discuss your request.

Why do I have to give three weeks notice?
We kindly request a notice period of three weeks, if possible. This has been requested by our tutors who rely on tutoring as their main source of income.
If you are unable to give three weeks notice, please indicate this in the Cancellation Form.

Yes, you can. If for some reason you feel there is a need to change your child’s tutor, we’d be more than happy to help find another match. Please refer to this page to know how to request a change of tutor:
